Great pod for getting the lay of the legal land! Hearing that the US has 2x the climate lawsuits, felt both good and bad. Obviously, we're very litigious, but I think about Ezra Klein's new book, Abundance, and how the "sue everyone" environmentalism we have now also makes it difficult to build clean energy. On another note, I love the "hello earthlings" greeting at the top of the episode, just gotta keep reminding ourselves what planet we're on (and remove that Martian obsession...)
